1. Serviceable Area

Arbania Leather operates and delivers products exclusively within the state of Maharashtra, India. Orders requested outside Maharashtra cannot be processed or shipped at this time.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines

• Free Shipping: We offer 100% Free Shipping on all prepaid orders delivered within Maharashtra.
• Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• To prevent fraudulent orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a non-refundable advance deposit of ₹90 paid online at checkout.
• The remaining product amount will be collected in cash by the courier handler upon delivery.
• If a COD order is rejected or delivery is refused at the doorstep, the ₹90 deposit will not be refunded to cover return shipping charges.
