1. General Provisions

• This website is operated by Arbania Leather.
• By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Service & Shipping Scope

• Serviceable Area: Currently, Arbania Leather operates and delivers products exclusively within the state of Maharashtra, India. We do not ship or process orders outside Maharashtra.
• Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within Maharashtra.
• Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and may vary based on location or unforeseen delays.

3. Products, Pricing & COD Deposit

• Leather Product Variation: Genuine leather is a natural material. Minor variations in texture, shade, grain patterns, or natural leather marks are normal and not considered manufacturing defects.
• Pricing & Taxes: All prices listed on the website are final. Since our sales operate within state turnover threshold exemptions, prices are billed under a standard Bill of Supply/Cash Memo without extra GST added at checkout.
• COD Confirmation Fee: All Prepaid orders enjoy free processing. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable deposit of ₹90 must be paid online at checkout to confirm the order. The remaining product amount will be payable via cash upon delivery.

4. Orders & Cancellations

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing/product details, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
• In case of order cancellation from our side, any amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

• Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
• Unaccepted / Refused COD Deliveries: If a COD order is dispatched and the customer refuses delivery or ignores courier contact, the ₹90 advance deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances to cover return logistics costs.
• Condition for Return: The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags, box, and packaging intact.
• Product Inspection: Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, a thorough quality check will be conducted before processing any refund.
• Damaged or Incorrect Item: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video proof for a replacement.

6. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
