1. Return & Replacement Policy
Return Window: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your delivery
Eligibility for Returns: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags, labels, brand box, and packaging intact
Change of Mind Returns: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than manufacturing defects or damage, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos/video proof for a replacement
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Deposit Policy
COD Advance Deposit: For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an advance deposit of ₹90 is required at checkout to confirm the order. This deposit is non-refundable, except in the cases described in Sections 3 and 4
Refused / Unaccepted COD Deliveries: If a COD order is dispatched and the customer refuses delivery or ignores courier contact, the ₹90 advance deposit will not be refunded, to cover return logistics and handling costs
3. Refund Policy
Quality Inspection: Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, a thorough quality check will be conducted by our team.
Refund Timeline & Method: Upon approval, refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Credit or Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds for COD Orders: For approved returns on COD orders, the refund will be sent to the bank account or UPI ID shared by the customer within 5 to 7 business days. The ₹90 advance deposit is excluded as stated below.
COD Deposit Exclusions: The ₹90 COD advance deposit is non-refundable, except where the order is cancelled by Arbania Leather or by the customer before dispatch, as described in Section 4.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
If the customer cancels an order before dispatch, the ₹90 advance deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled directly, and standard return/deposit policies will apply.
If an order is cancelled by Arbania Leather due to stock unavailability or system errors, any advance amount paid will be refunded 100% to the original payment method
